The manufacturing facility, located in North Jakarta, occupies 8.000 square meters under one roof. During its development, the plant has underground regular modernization to achieve improved production efficiency and total customer satisfaction.

DRUM FITNESS TEST

Throughout the manufacturing process, quality control test and procedures are performed to assure that the steel drums meet or exceed INDONESIA RAYA, customer, and regulatory requirements. Out rigorous processes are applied to the raw materials, manufacturing, and finished products. The tests performed include:

·        RAW MATERIALS:

·        Indexing of raw material for identification and traceability

·        Dimensional and hardness tests of Cold Roll Steel

·        MANUFACTURING:

·        Weld tests for uniform heat patern of body edge

·        Flange test for correct configuration and propertriple seaming

·        Test verification of 7 ply chime with test cuts on top and bottom of drum

·        FINISHED PRODUCT:

·        Test verification of lining cure, thicness, adhesive, and impact resistance

·        Drop testing

·        Hydrostatic testing
